Today at 10:40 AM Eastern, we received an alert by our internal monitoring system that Classworks cloud customers were experiencing extended log-in wait times or log-in timeouts.
This issue was caused by a failure in our data center. We were quickly able to route the traffic around the problem server to restore service at 11:14 AM Eastern. We are currently working on a permanent solution so this issue does not happen in the future.
The problem with the Classworks cloud service should be resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience and continued support. Please rest assured that system reliability is a top priority at Curriculum Advantage, Inc., and we are making continuous improvements to make our systems better.
