Teachers Rave About Reading!

The results are in! A study conducted by SEG Measurement, an independent research organization, on Classworks new Integrated Reading activities show wide spread support among teachers. Here are some of the highlights:

  • 92% said the reading activities were most effective for increasing critical thinking and problem solving skills.
  • 96% indicated the reading activities kept their students engaged.
  • 97% felt the reading activities were aligned to the goals and standards that guide their instruction.
  • 93% revealed they would recommend the reading activities and would use them again in the future.
Classworks developed Integrated Reading to support teachers with providing rigorous reading instruction. A recent Parthenon study reveals that 84% of teachers are searching for online content several times per week, however, 69% are dissatisfied with the quality they are finding. It is exciting to see such positive results from our Integrated Reading study, confirming that Classworks is meeting teachers' need for reliable instruction resources.

P.S. Stay tuned for Classworks Applied Mathematics -- currently in development. Similar to Integrated Reading, it is designed to support teachers with the shifts in math instruction.
